[Messages] Translate Received and Sent Messages

Yes. There is a feature to translate received messages as well as a feature to translate messages before sending.

To use this feature, you need to subscribe to [AirHost HMS ONE (Premium Plan)].


Translate received messages

Set your preferred translation language in your profile, then click "Translate" from the "︙" menu of the message you want to translate to use the translation feature.

1. Set your preferred translation language in your profile.

Go to https://pms.airhost.co/ja/profile then, set the language for translating messages.

2. Translate received messages

On the message screen, click [︙] next to the received message you want to translate, then select [Translate Message]. The translation will appear below the original text in the language you have set.


Translate messages to send

  1. On the message screen, after typing the message you want to send, click the translation icon.

  2. Select the language to translate.

  3. Click [Apply] to translate the message.

Clicking [ Undo ] will revert the translated message back to its original state.

Note:

There is no feature to translate messages that have already been sent.

If you need to keep the original (untranslated) message for internal sharing or reference, please use Private Notes.
