Currently, AirHost does not hold the Privacy Mark (P-Mark) or ISO/IEC 27001 (ISO 27001) certifications.

However, as a system that handles credit card payments, AirHost adopts a payment infrastructure that is compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). All sensitive data, including credit card information, is managed and operated in accordance with internationally recognized and extremely stringent security standards.

Compared to the Privacy Mark and ISO 27001, PCI DSS requires particularly high levels of security in the payment and financial sectors, including but not limited to:

  • Protection against unauthorized access

  • Data encryption

  • Access control

  • Audit trails and log management

By complying with these standards, AirHost ensures a sufficiently high level of information security in actual operations, providing strong protection for both accommodation providers and guests.
