Overview
The Bulk Message Sending feature allows you to send messages to multiple bookings that match specified conditions at once.
This is useful for efficiently sending:
Pre-check-in instructions
In-stay guidance
Notifications to bookings that meet specific criteria

For abuse prevention and enhanced security, this feature is available only to users with Account Owner permissions.

How to Access
Log in to the system using a user account with Account Owner permissions.

2. [Dashboard] > [Messages] > [...] > [Guest Announcement]
Sending Bulk Messages
Click [Guest Announcement] to open the bulk message sending screen.
Search for and select the bookings you want to send messages to.

3. Enter the message content and click [Send].
4. Check your email and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
An email containing the OTP will be sent to your registered email address.
Enter the OTP provided in the email and click [Submit] to send the bulk messages.

Filtering Bookings
By default, all bookings with upcoming check-outs are selected. In the bulk message sending screen, you can filter the bookings you want to send messages to.

Bookings Eligible for Bulk Message Sending
In bulk message sending, the following bookings are included as targets:
Bookings with check-in dates including today
Bookings with upcoming check-outs
Bookings that have already checked out are excluded and cannot be selected.
Notes When Creating Messages
Variable tags cannot be used
In bulk message sending, variable tags (e.g. {{guest_name}}) that are available in regular or automated messages cannot be used.
The message content you enter will be sent exactly as written to all selected bookings.
⚠️ Guest names, check-in dates, and other details cannot be automatically inserted.
Only one property can be selected per send
If you want to send messages to multiple properties, you must filter bookings by each property and send messages separately for each one.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. I cannot click “Bulk Message Sending.
A. The guest announcement (bulk message sending) feature is only available to users with Account Owner permissions. If you are logged in with a non-owner role, the menu will appear in grey and cannot be clicked.
To use this feature, please log in with an Account Owner account.
Q. Can I send messages to bookings that have already checked out?
A. No. Bulk message sending is only available for bookings with upcoming check-outs.
Bookings that have already checked out are excluded from the target list.
Q. Can I send messages to bookings on the check-in day?
A. Yes. Bookings on the check-in day are included and can be sent messages.
