[IoT Lock] How to Use Igloohome Locks via a Keyvox Account

For adding an IoT lock account, please refer to [IoT Lock] Smart Lock & Key Box Integration.

Note: If you are operating both Keyvox and igloohome locks, please create two separate accounts.

When adding a Keyvox account, select igloohome as the lock type.

Please be aware of the following limitations with igloohome locks:

The PIN is issued 3 days before the start date (check-in). Until 3 days before, it will display as "******", and after that period, the PIN will be shown.

  • The PIN number is 9 digits long.

  • While reservations can be canceled, once issued, PINs cannot be canceled (deleted). Even if a reservation is canceled, the issued PIN remains usable for the scheduled time.

  • There is a limit to the number of PINs that can be issued for the same time period, which is three. Therefore, if three reservations are canceled during the same time period, and three PINs have already been issued, a PIN will not be issued for a fourth reservation.
