Like igloohome, Lockbox L1 also uses an offline PIN code system that does not require direct communication with the smart lock device.
When adding a Keyvox account, select "igloohome" as the lock type.
Note: The "keyvox" lock type uses an online PIN code system, which cannot be used for offline PIN codes.
2. Log in to the Keyvox web management platform "BACS," go to Settings > Devices, select the relevant Lockbox L1, and set the PIN code type to "Offline."
3. The offline PIN code is issued some time after the reservation is created in AirHost. Once the 9- or 10-digit PIN code is displayed in the AirHost management screen, the issuance process is complete.
The PIN code can only be used to unlock the door during the guest’s stay.
📌 If you are using Smart Lock Box 3S, you can integrate and use it with AirHost by selecting the lock type “Offline PIN Code (9/10 digits)”.
