To enable the sending of automatic messages, both "Automatic Messages (Common)" and "Facility List" → "Relevant Facility" → "Settings" → "Automatic Messages" must be enabled.

Please be aware that there are often cases where only "Automatic Messages (Common)" is enabled, but the "Settings" → "Automatic Messages" setting for the facility that is not sending messages is not enabled.
