[Security Center] Account Lock Settings

This explains how to enhance the account lock function, which locks a user’s account after failed login attempts.

To use this feature, you must subscribe to the [Premium Plan] of [AirHost HMS ONE].


[ Detail ]

How to set it up

1. Open Admin Console → Account Settings → Security Center → Security Settings.

2. Click the pencil ✎ icon for [Account Lock Settings].

3. Check Enable Account Locking.

Number of failed login attempts

Selectable from 2 to 10 attempts

Lock Period

Selectable from 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes

4. Click [Save] to apply the changes immediately.
