Auto Arranged to Vacant Rooms
If you enable this setting, any reservations confirmed thereafter will be automatically assigned to vacant rooms. |
Optimize Room Assignment (Automatic Room Reallocation)
|
By turning on “Optimize Room Assignment”, room assignments are automatically rearranged once per day (typically between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM).
The optimization aims to assign rooms as efficiently as possible, minimizing gaps between bookings—similar to fitting pieces in a puzzle or playing Tetris.
Room assignments that are fixed will not be moved during this process. |
Before enabling the Auto Room Assignment Optimization feature, make sure to lock any reservations for which you want to keep the room assignment fixed.
Only enable the feature when it is safe for the remaining reservations to be automatically rearranged.
For instructions on how to lock a room assignment, please refer to the help page: |
Fixed Number Of Days
You can set the period during which the optimization will be applied. |
1. Click the dropdown menu for “Fixed Number Of Days.”
2. Select the number of days you want to set from 1 to 14.
|
Example: If you set Fixed Number Of Days → 2 (reservations within 2 days of check-in will not be moved): A reservation with check-in on 3rd June will not be optimized after 1st June (around 2 AM–5 AM). |
Balance Usage
|
When enabled, the system will automatically assign rooms based on vacancy rates during the specified period, ensuring a more balanced use of guest rooms. This helps prevent uneven room usage and contributes to the maintenance of the property. |
Specify a date range to apply it only for a certain period.
