What is the "Arrange" function?
The "Arrange" feature is a convenient tool that allows you to freely rearrange room assignments—such as when you want to change room allocations even in a fully booked situation—without having to manually unassign each reservation first.
How to use the "Arrange" feature
You can easily modify room assignments using the Arrange feature.
This feature cannot be used when the property selection box is set to "All Properties."
Please select the specific property before proceeding with the following operations.
1) Click [Arrange] displayed on the right side of the room type row for which you want to change the room assignments.
2 ) An Unassigned Booking area will appear on the left side.
3) Drag and drop the reservation you wish to move into the Unassigned Booking area.
Once moved, the room assignment for the reservation will be released, allowing you to change the room assignment freely!
4) Drag and drop the reservation from the Unassigned Booking area into the desired room to complete the room reassignment.
*If you are unable to assign a room using the method above, please assign a room via "Booking Details" ⇒ "...More Option" ⇒ "Edit".
💡Room reassignments using the "Arrange" feature can only be performed within the same room type.
Arrange Across Different Room Types (Configuration)
By default, the Arrange feature can only be used within the same room type.
To enable the Arrange feature between different room types, change the Arrange Button Display Location setting to Property Level in Preferences.
How to Configure
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Preferences → Booking Calendar Settings.
Under Arrange Button Display, select Property Level, then click Save.
After the setting is applied, the Arrange button will be displayed at the top of the Booking Calendar.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. Why isn't the "Arrange" button displayed?
A. The "Arrange" button will not be displayed if any of the following conditions apply:
The property selection is set to All Properties.
You are not using the AirHost ONE HMS Premium Plan.
The selected room type has only one room in inventory.
