[Reservation Management] Booking Calendar Screen Explanation

This section describes the booking calendar screen and its functions.

Functions available in the reservation calendar

  • Check and manage inventory (block rooms)

  • View and modify room assignments (arrange)

  • Check reservation details and check-in status

  • Add reservations manually (manual booking creation)


Reservation Calendar Screen Overview

This section explains the functions and icons on the booking calendar screen.

Date Selection Box

  • You can select the date range displayed on the calendar.

  • By default, the calendar shows a one-month period starting from the current day.

  • If a property is selected, sliding the calendar will automatically update the date range.

Add New Booking

You can create a manual reservation.

filter

You can filter the room types and rooms displayed on the calendar.

Filters can be applied using [Room Type] and [Room].

Clicking [Reset All] will clear all filters.

sort

You can sort the display order on the calendar by room name.

Block Rooms

You can create blocks for inventory adjustments.

Problematic Bookings

You can check the problematic booking (overlapped booking, unassigned booking).

Refresh

You can update the calendar to the latest status.

Arrange

Room arrangements can be arranged.

Logs

You can check the log (date and username) of when blocks were created or deleted.

Broom icon

It will be displayed in the rooms that are scheduled for

cleaning on that day.

Displayed while the Airbnb guest has not yet registered their payment card information, or in the case of a reservation request.

Confirmed booking with a future check-in date

Checked-in (currently staying) reservations

Reservations with same-day check-out

Or, reservations that have passed their check-out date but have not been checked out

Reservations scheduled to check in today, or reservations where the check-in date has passed but the guest has not checked in.

Checked out reservations

A block has been created

Due to parent-child listings, either the parent or the child listing is marked as unavailable (sold out/closed for sale).

Displayed when there is no availability due to being fully booked or closed for sale.

Reservations with an outstanding balances

Reservations with fixed room allocation.

Displayed when "Block days before and after each reservation" is enabled

Holiday

If holiday settings are enabled, an icon will be displayed next to the date.

Customize the booking calendar display settings (Preferences)

💡Starting June 2025, reservation calendar display settings can be customized for each user.

You can customize the display settings of the reservation calendar for each user.

The display items that can be customized are as shown in the table below.

View the status of each property/room type, along with the room rows.

Show status of each property/room type and close the room row

* Customization is not possible if the room type name, inventory, and status are hidden.

Setting location

You can set this from Dashboard > Settings > Preferences > Booking Calendar Settings.


Booking Calendar Operation Specifications

Mouse Pointer Effects

When you place the mouse pointer over the room number and date, the background color will turn gray.
