Overview
The Room Indicator is a management screen that allows you to see the status of hotel rooms at a glance .
You can view a list of each room's check-in/check-out status, cleaning status, and whether or not there are any charges, with the room's condition indicated by color and icons.
Because it allows you to intuitively understand statuses such as "before check-in," "before check-out," "during the stay," and "requires cleaning," front desk operations and room management can be streamlined.
Additionally, rooms can be organized and displayed by room type or floor.
This feature requires the purchase of the Hotel Management Extension Package add-on.

What is a room indicator?
The room indicator is a screen that allows you to view and understand the status of each room at a glance.
Because you can check the check-in/check-out status, cleaning status, and reservation information for each room at a glance, it can be used for front desk operations and room management.
⚠️ Reservations cannot be moved between rooms or have room assignments changed directly from the Room Indicator.
To move a reservation or change its room assignment, use the Booking Details or Booking Calendar.
How to access
[Dashboard] > [Reservation Management] > [ Room Indicator ]

⚠️The room indicator is only accessible when a property has been selected.
Access is unavailable if "All properties" is selected.
Switch display method
You can switch the display method from "Display Method" in the upper right corner of the screen.

The room indicator can display each room in the following two ways:

To use the floor display
To display items by floor, you need to configure the floors in the floor management settings beforehand.

Check the room status
The room's status is displayed using colors and icons.
You can check the status of each room from the legend at the top of the screen.

Clean  | The room has been cleaned and no guests are currently staying there. (Vacant Clean) |
In House  | A guest is currently staying here. (Occupied / Occupied Clean / Occupied Dirty) |
Due Out  | The guest is scheduled to check out today, but the check-out process has not been completed. (Due Out) |
Dirty  | The cleaning has not been completed since the last check-out. (Vacant Dirty) |
Blocked  | The room is blocked on that day. |
Locked  | The reservation assigned to that room is fixed. |
To Be Cleaned  |
The necessary cleaning has not been completed. This will also be displayed if eco-cleaning or stay-at-home cleaning options are available. A broom icon  will appear. |
Filter by room status

By selecting the checkboxes for each room status at the top of the screen, you can display only rooms with the selected status. You can also select multiple statuses.
Filter by All Floor/ Room Type

You can narrow down the rooms displayed by selecting the floor or room type from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
Information Available on Room Cards
Room cards display basic room information and booking information.
The booking information is automatically updated to the next booking once cleaning is completed.
Item | Description |
Room number | Your room number will be displayed. |
Guest name | The names of the guests with reservations assigned to that room will be displayed. |
Fee | The outstanding balance of reservations assigned to that room will be displayed. |
Number of guests | The number of guests in your reservation will be displayed. |
Room type | The room type set for the guest room will be displayed. |
The color and icon of the card will be displayed according to the status of the room. |
Check Booking Details
Clicking on the room card will open your booking details in a separate browser tab.
You can quickly check the reservation information for the target room from the room indicator.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. The floor is not displayed.
A. To display by floor, you need to set up the floors in the floor management section beforehand.
Q. Room status is not displayed correctly.
A. Room status is displayed according to the reservation's check-in status, cleaning status, etc.
First, please check that the reservation is registered correctly, that check-in and check-out procedures have been completed, and that the cleaning status is registered correctly.
In particular, if the checkout process is not yet complete, a status such as "Checkout in Progress" will be displayed.
Q. Can I manually change the room status?
A. You cannot directly change the room status on the room indicator.
If you need to make any changes, please click on the room card and update your information from the reservation details.
