Overview
Floor management is a function for managing each hotel room on a floor-by-floor basis.
By setting the registered floor to each room, you can view and check the rooms by floor on the room indicator screen.
This feature requires the purchase of the “Hotel Management Extension Package” add-on.

Floor service
Select a property from [Admin Console] > [Property List] and create it using the following steps.
[ Room Management ]
[ Floora ]
Click [ Add New Floor ] in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter the floor name
Click [ Add ]
Each room is linked to a specific floor.
We will now link the floors we have created to each room.
[ Room Management ] > [ Room Unit]
From the Actions [ ... ] to the right of the target room, select [ Edit Room ].
Select the floor you want to set in [ Floor ] and [ Save ].
Now the room and floor are linked. You can change floors using the same procedure.
Edit floor name
You can edit the names of the floors you have registered.
[ Floor ] > Click [ ... ] to the right of the floor you want to edit > [ Edit Floor ], change the floor name, and then [ Save ].
Change the display order of the floors.
You can change the display order of the registered floors.
[ Floors ] > You can rearrange the order of floors by dragging and dropping the sorting icon ( ⣿ ) to the left of the floor name .
The order you change will also be reflected in the order in which the room indicator displays rooms by floor.
Remove floor
You can delete registered floors. To delete a floor, go to [ Floor ] > [ ... ] to the right of the floor you want to edit > [ Delete Floor ] and press [ Confirm ].
⚠️ You cannot delete floors that are linked to rooms.
If you want to delete a floor, first edit the target room in the [Room Unit] and unlink it from the floor.
Display by floor using the room indicator.
Registered floors can be used when displaying guest rooms by floor in the room indicator.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. I registered a floor, but it does not appear in the Room Indicator.
A. Registering a floor alone will not make it appear in the Room Indicator.
To display the floor, you need to link rooms to it.
Q. Can I use emojis or symbols in the floor name?
A. Yes. Emojis and symbols can also be used.
Q. I cannot delete a floor.
A. A floor with rooms linked to it cannot be deleted.
To delete a floor, first edit the relevant rooms from [Room Unit] and remove their floor assignments.
