Overview
While the regular reservation details page is displayed on the right side of the screen, the full-screen reservation details page opens in a separate browser tab. This allows you to utilize the entire screen to easily view more information, primarily necessary for the operation of staffed hotels, all on one screen. You can also open multiple reservations in separate tabs and switch between them to view them.
You can view a list of all the rooms included in your reservation, and check the current status of each room. You can also change the room assigned to your reservation to a different room of the same room type. For reservations with multiple rooms, you can also select the rooms and perform group check-in/group check-out .
To use this feature, you need to purchase the "Hotel Management Extension Package" add-on.
This feature requires the purchase of the Hotel Management Extension Package add-on.

How to open the full-screen booking details page
1. Open the booking details for the target reservation and click the [ Full Screen ] icon.

What you can do on the full-screen reservation details page
On the full-screen reservation details page, you can perform the following actions:
View multiple rooms in a list.
If you have booked multiple rooms in one reservation, you can view a list of all the rooms included in your reservation.
You can view information such as the number of guests per room, key information, and rates all in one place.
Check the room status of each room.
You can check the current status of the room assigned to your reservation by looking at the room status displayed next to the room number.

Change room assignments
You can change the room assigned to your reservation to a different room of the same room type.
The room number selection field displays the status of each room, allowing you to check the cleaning status and other details before making a change.

⚠️Room assignments cannot be changed in the following cases:
If the room you selected as the assignment destination is locked
If the room you want to change the assignment of is already locked
→ You can unlock it by clicking the lock icon.
Group check-in/group check-out
If you have booked multiple rooms in a single reservation, you can select the rooms you want to check in and check out all at once.
