What Is the “Hotel Management Extension Package”?
The Hotel Management Extension Package is a paid add-on that provides a collection of features designed to support larger-scale hotel operations, including properties with on-site staff.
By subscribing to this package, you can use the applicable hotel-specific features at the properties where the package has been applied.
If you manage multiple properties, only the properties to which the package has been applied will have access to these features.

Room Indicator
The Room Indicator allows you to view the check-in status and room status for each room in a list.
Rooms can be organized and displayed by floor, as configured in Floor Management, or by room type, making it easy to quickly understand the current status of each room.
This feature is useful for front desk staff to check room availability and manage rooms during check-in and check-out.

Full-Screen View of Booking Details
You can display Booking Details in full-screen mode, making it easier to view and manage booking information on a larger, more accessible screen.
Group Check-in / Check-out
This feature allows you to check in or check out multiple rooms under the same booking at once.
Floor Management
A feature that allows you to manage rooms by floor.
Complimentary Bookings (Free Stay Bookings)
A feature that allows you to easily create complimentary bookings with no accommodation charges, such as stays for owners or staff.

Misc Transactions
A feature that allows you to record and manage income and expenses that occur separately from reservations.
For example, you can use this feature to manage transactions not associated with accommodation bookings, such as coin-operated laundry or vending machine sales, and purchases of supplies.

Terms of Use
To use the Hotel Management Extension Package, you must be subscribed to the AirHost ONE HMS Premium Plan.
Pricing
¥300 per room / month
Volume discounts are applied based on the total number of rooms at the property.
For Properties with More Than 40 Rooms
For properties with more than 40 rooms, every 5 rooms from the 41st room onward are counted as 1 billable room.
Example:
Total number of rooms: 50
→ Billable rooms: 42
※ If the calculation results in a decimal, the number of billable rooms will be rounded up.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I use the package for only some of my properties?
Yes. The Hotel Management Extension Package is an add-on that can be subscribed to on a per-property basis.
Therefore, if you manage multiple properties, you can choose to use the package for only selected properties.
Can I use it for properties that are not hotels?
Yes. The package can also be used for apartment-type properties. However, some hotel-specific features, such as Floor Management, may have limitations.
