[CRM Management] How to Issue Payment Statements for Cleaners

This section explains the procedure for issuing payment statements for cleaning fees using the [Cleaner] feature in CRM Management.

[Difference Between Registering a Cleaner in User Management and in CRM]

By registering a cleaner in User Management, you can assign cleaning tasks, send automatic notifications, and receive cleaning completion reports.

On the other hand, registering a cleaner in CRM allows you to set the cleaning fee for each property per cleaner and automatically generate payment statements for each cleaner.

To use this feature, you must be subscribed to the AirHost HMS (Channel Manager + PMS) Premium Plan.

How to Issue Payment Statements for Cleaners

1) Automatic Generation

If cleaner registration and payment amount settings are completed, the payment statement for the previous month will be automatically generated on the 1st of each month and reflected in the [Cleaner Payment Statements] list.

2) Manual Generation

If you wish to generate payment statements manually, please refer to Manually generate a payment invoice .


How to View Payment Statements for Cleaners

Click Admin Console > Accounting > Cleaner Payment Details .


Screen Description

Search possible by month (multiple months cannot be selected)

Clicking the ✖ will reset the selection to include all periods.

Cleaner: You can view by individual cleaner. Multiple selections are not possible. (If none is selected, all cleaners are displayed.)

Status: You can choose between [Paid] and [Unpaid].

Payment Period

The period covered by the statement.

Clicking this will display the detailed breakdown of the statement.

Cleaner

Target cleaner

Status

Either [Paid] or [Unpaid].

Total Amount

The total amount of the statement.

How to Create Payment Statements Manually

1. After you click "Generate Bill" , a menu will pop up on the right side of the screen.

2. Select a cleaner and choose a date range.

If the above error appears, the following reasons may apply:

  • The selected date range exceeds 6 months.

  • There are multiple overlapping cleanings for the same cleaner within the selected date range.

3. A new tab will open displaying the payment statement page, where you can view the issued payment statements.


Actions

If Status: Already Paid, three options will be displayed: [Show details], [Send email], and [Log].


View Details

You can check your cleaner's payment details.


Add Adjustments

You can add items to the payment statement (e.g., deep cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, common area cleaning, etc.).
After entering the description and amount, click Save.


Mark as paid

Status: Change from [Unpaid] to [Paid].


Recalculate

Recalculate based on current cleaning conditions.


Void

Delete the created statement. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.


Send E-mail

Clicking [Send E-mail] will immediately send the email.

The email will be sent to the address registered under CRM Management/Cleaner. It will not be delivered to the User/Cleaner.


Logs

You can view the history of the statements.
