This section explains the Cleaning Management and Cleaning Task screens accessible from the Dashboard, including how to view and operate them.

What is a Cleaning Task?
Cleaning Task refers to tasks such as check-out cleaning, stay (ECO) cleaning, or room cleaning not associated with a reservation.
Cleaning tasks are automatically generated when a reservation is created and are displayed in a list view.
Users with Cleaner permissions can only view the Cleaning Management > Cleaning Tasks / Cleaning Calendar. Depending on the system settings, certain task operations may also be allowed.
Cleaning Task Screen Overview
Navigate to Dashboard ≫ Cleaning Management to display the list of cleaning tasks.
Cleaning Date | The date the cleaning is to be performed. |
Current Booking | Name of the guest checking out on the cleaning date / Check-out time |
Next Booking | Name of the next guest checking in / Check-in time |
Room Info | Property name, Room type, Room number |
Cleaner | If a cleaner is assigned → Cleaner’s name |
Status | |
Cleaning Type | Stay Cleaning or Check-out Cleaning |
Comment | Comments section of cleaning task |
Action | “…” links to the Cleaning Task Detail screen |
Date Range | You can search within a specified date range. |
Status Filter | You can filter by status (multiple selections allowed). By default, all statuses except “Cancelled” are selected. |
Cleaner Filter | You can narrow down the search to a specific cleaner. Not visible to users with Cleaner permissions. |
Export to | It is possible to export in CSV format.

Filter | You can search by room type (can be narrowed down to a single type).
You can also filter by Property Tag.

Add New Task | This is used when you want to input a task manually instead of using the automatically generated tasks based on reservations. Example: when performing special cleaning on a day without any reservations.

Assign to Myself | On the cleaner’s screen, the “Add New Task” option is not displayed. If self-assignment is not permitted, the button will not appear. |
Cleaning Task Details Screen
Clicking on either the "Cleaning Date" or the "..." for the relevant cleaning task will display the task details on the right side of the screen.
Room Info | At the top, the room type name and room number are displayed. |
Property Info | Property name, room type name, room number, and property address

Cleaning Task Status
If you do not have permission, you cannot make changes.
Unassigned | Automatically reflected before a cleaner is assigned. |
Pending | Automatically reflected after a cleaner is assigned. |
Confirmed | Can be set manually (usage can be determined by the property) |
Cancelled | Automatically reflected after cancellation |
Ready to clean | Automatically reflected after checkout |
Completed | Can be set manually (allows guests to enter when cleaning is complete) |
Hand Over from Last Cleaner | The information entered in the "Handover to Next Person" section of the previous cleaning task will be displayed. |
Hand Over to Next Cleaner | Can only be edited by assigned cleaners or authorized users (If you do not have the necessary permissions, the edit button will not be displayed)

Comment | A memo function. Notes are saved only within the relevant task. |
