Permission Settings
Navigate to:
[Admin Console] > [Cleaning Management] > [Settings] > [Permission Settings]
You can change the settings by clicking the Edit button (🖉).
Allow Cleaner to View Non-assigned Cleaning Tasks
On | Cleaners can view not only the tasks assigned to them but also unassigned cleaning tasks. |
Off | Cleaners can only view the tasks that are assigned to them. |
Allow Cleaner Self-Assign
On | Cleaners can view unassigned cleaning tasks and assign them to themselves. To enable this feature, please activate "Allow cleaners to view unassigned tasks." For instructions on how cleaners can assign tasks, please refer to the help page below. |
Off | With "Allow cleaners to view unassigned tasks" turned on, but self-assignment set to off: → Cleaners can view unassigned cleaning tasks but cannot assign them to themselves. |
Allow Cleaners to Mark the Cleaning Tasks as Completed
On | Cleaners can mark cleaning tasks as “Completed.” The help page below explains how cleaners can perform this action. |
Off | Cleaners cannot mark the status as completed. |
Allow cleaners to access your booking calendar
On | Cleaners can access the reservation calendar. Note: They cannot access the reservation details.
