Overview
Temporary synchronization errors may occasionally occur when syncing with Rakuten Travel (RFB).
This article explains the possible causes and the recommended actions to take.
Issue
You may temporarily see one of the following synchronization errors in the Notifications or Sync History:
Failed to synchronize reservation
Rfb login failedTimeout waiting for condition
Cause
Communication with Rakuten Travel (RFB) may occasionally become temporarily unstable. As a result, synchronization may rarely fail.
This is a known issue.
Workaround
If a subsequent synchronization completes successfully, no manual action is required.
The synchronization will be automatically retried during the next sync cycle, and the reservation information will be synchronized.
When This FAQ Does Not Apply
This FAQ does not apply if any of the following occurs:
The same synchronization error continues to occur.
Subsequent synchronization attempts do not complete successfully.
Reservations are not imported.
Double bookings or inventory discrepancies occur.
