Synchronization speed (synchronization interval) with each OTA
The synchronization speed (frequency of reservation imports) of each OTA is as follows. (It is not real time and there will be a delay.)
After receiving the reservation, the inventory reflection on other OTAs will be completed in approximately a few minutes.

Risk of double booking (duplicate reservations)
Obtaining new reservations from each OTA and adjusting inventory to other OTAs is not done in real time and there will be delays. This applies not only to AirHost but also to other Channel Manager.
The acquisition interval for new reservations from each OTA is as listed in the table above. If reservations are confirmed from different OTAs within this interval, there is a risk of double booking. Please understand that this operation is a specification, and we are unable to provide compensation or support for this.
In addition, during certain periods of the year when demand is extremely high, to reduce the risk of double booking, we recommend taking preventive measures such as blocking one room to reserve it as a spare room or limiting the sale to specific OTAs.
