AirHost offers various functionalities for guest stays, such as self-check-in and out, pre-check-in, pre-payment, information on facilities and surroundings, upselling, etc., enabling a seamless experience even in unmanned hotels. For more details, please visit the following website:

Here, we explain how to order the check-in tablets available with the check-in option.



Price: 60,500 yen (tax included) per unit.

Note: As of August 1, 2023, prices have been revised due to the semiconductor supply shortage.

Ordering Process

1.Please fill out the form at the link below and submit it.

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.

Subsequently, our team will send you an invoice via email within one business day.

If you do not receive an email after submitting the form, please contact the AirHost support team at [email protected].

2. After payment confirmation, we will set up the tablet and ship it.

Delivery takes about one week after payment confirmation. Due to lithium batteries, shipments are via land or sea, which may take longer to reach locations like Okinawa or Hokkaido.

Tablet Device Failure Response

After the setup and operational testing, we do not provide replacement devices or other support services for tablet malfunctions or repairs. To prevent any disruptions on-site, we recommend ordering at least two units per location.

In case of tablet malfunctions or damages, please contact the manufacturer directly. Our company does not offer any warranty on the tablet devices themselves.
