For reservations made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA), any changes must be made directly on the OTA platform, which will then sync with AirHost. This FAQ focuses on modifying manually created bookings on AirHost.

Note: Changes can only be made before check-in has been completed.

Steps to Modify a Booking:

1. Open the relevant reservation details page from the "Checkin Management" or "Booking Calendar" page. At the top right of the booking details page, select "Edit Booking" from the menu.

2. The editing page for the reservation will open. Make the necessary adjustments to the booking details such as stay dates, rate plan, or number of guests. Save the changes to update the reservation details.
