[ Overview ]
"Booking Import" is a feature that allows you to manually and collectively import bookings into AirHost by uploading data in CSV or Excel format.
This section explains how to import bookings and how to map the relevant fields.
[ Detail ]
Steps to Use Import Bookings
1) Click Dashboard > Import & Export > Import Booking.
2) Click [Import Bookings].
3) Select the property to import into, then upload the data file you wish to import.
If "All Properties" is selected in the property selection box, you can choose a property.
If a specific property has already been selected, it cannot be changed.
4) Proceed to Next Step to map the items you want to import.
Learn more about mapping
If this is your first time using Import Bookings, there will be no data in [Mapping Configuration].
By using [Save Template], you can save a template and reuse it for future Import Bookings.
5) Proceed to Next Step to finalize the format after import.
Once you have confirmed , click Confirm Import to begin the import.
6) Verify that the import is complete.
Return to the import booking list,
If the status is [Completed], the import has been successfully processed and the data has been reflected.
If the status is [Processing], please wait for a while and check the import status again later.

Select which column from the imported data should be mapped to each field prepared by AirHost. Some fields require mandatory mapping between the imported values and AirHost values (e.g., Room Number). |

The "Remarks" field allows you to select multiple columns and merge them into a single field. |

To unmap a field, hover over it and click the ✖ icon. |

Booking Import History
You can check the history of your booking imports.
Manage Template | Allows you to manage “templates” where mapping settings for imports are saved. |
Filter Function | You can filter and view the history by selecting one of the following statuses: All / Pending / Processing / Failed / Completed. |

When Import Fails |
1. In the history with status: Failed, click [View]

2. The details of the error are described.
