Overview
With the Export Raw Datas (Daily Data Export), you can export sales data in CSV format on a per-room, per-day basis, rather than by reservation.
This is useful when you want to review daily figures such as accommodation fees, cleaning fees, taxes, OTA commissions, and more.
※ If you want to export data by reservation, please use “Export Bookings Data.”
⚠️ To use this feature, you must be subscribed to AirHost HMS ONE (Pro Plan / Premium Plan).

Export Raw Data
You can download the data as a CSV file from [Dashboard] > [ Import & Export ] > [Export Bookings and Daily Data] > [Export Booking Data].
* The income and expenditure report (inherited) is compiled based on this daily data.
💡 If you want to download data for a specific property, please select the desired property from the property selection box at the top left of the dashboard screen.
The items included in the CSV export
The items included in the CSV export are as follows:
The data is displayed per room / per day.

Other expenses | OTA service fees, etc. (accounted on check-out date) |

Exportable Date Range
Daily data can be exported for a maximum period of one month at a time, starting from the selected start date. This limitation is in place to reduce server load.
However, if only one property is selected for the export, you can export up to one year of daily data in a single download.
