[Import & Export] Exporting Booking Data

To use this feature, you need to subscribe to AirHost HMS ONE (Pro Plan or Premium Plan).

Overview

This explains the feature that allows you to export a list of reservation details (such as check-in date, check-out date, OTA, and charges) in CSV format.

The “Support Fee” item is calculated based on the commission rate set for the client user on the HMS (former AirHost) side.

This item is a temporary measure during the migration period from HMS to ONE. After the full migration to ONE is completed, please use the Owner Contract and Owner Statement features—rather than CSV reports—for the calculation and management of support fees.

Exporting Booking Data

You can download the data in CSV format via:
Dashboard → Import & Export → Export Bookings and Raw Data → Export Bookings

Select the date category to be used as the base and specify the date range.
You can narrow down the exported data by using filters such as Reservation Status, Check-in Status, Booking Channel (OTA), and Property.

* If you want to export reservations for only specific properties, please select “All Properties” at the top left of the dashboard first, then specify the target properties in the Property filter (multiple selections are possible).

* If none of these filters are selected, reservations for all properties will be included in the export.

*Important Notice*

You can export up to 2 months (62 days) of data at once, starting from the selected start date.
This limitation is in place to reduce server load.

However, if only one property is selected at the time of export, you can download up to 1 year of reservation data in a single export.
(e.g. January 1, 2025 – January 1, 2026)

If multiple properties are selected, please continue to download the data in 2-month intervals as before.
