Overview
This explains the function to export daily reservation data in CSV format.

There is currently an issue with the daily data export where coupon discounts from Booking Engine reservations are not reflected, resulting in revenue being recorded before the discount.
We are working on a system fix as a priority, but it will take some time to complete
Export Raw Data
You can download the CSV file from [Dashboard] > [ Import & Export ] > [Export Bookings and Raw Data] > [Export Raw Data].
* The income and expenditure report (inherited) is compiled based on this daily data.
💡 If you want to download data for a specific property, please select the desired property from the property selection box at the top left of the dashboard screen.
＊Note＊
You can export up to 1 month of data at a time, including the start date.
This limitation is in place to reduce server load.
However, if you select only one property for export, you can download up to 1 year of daily data at once.
(Example: January 1, 2025 – January 1, 2026)
If multiple properties are selected, please continue to download data in 1-month increments as usual.
The items included in the CSV export
The items included in the CSV export are as follows:
