[Log] Log Screen Overview

Overview

This section explains the log page where you can view the system operation history.

Depending on the type of log, only records from the time the feature was implemented may be available.


Please note that logs prior to implementation cannot be viewed.

How to View Logs

Click “Log” from the menu on the left side of the Admin Console.

Please refer to the help page below for how to open the Admin Console.

Booking is cancelled

Cancellations can be initiated by the OTA (system) or by updates on the PMS (user operation).

Guest Checked-in

Self check-in or check-in performed by user action

Deactivate PIN Failed

IoT lock integration: PIN deactivation failed / error occurred

Booking Update Kiosk

This is triggered when checking in using Almex and tracks changes in the card key number and Almex check-in status fields.

New Booking

Reservation confirmed, imported from OTA, or manually created

Update Booking

Reservation changes, reservation updates

Booking is Overlapped

Duplicate bookings occur

Automatic payment Succeeded

Successful automatic payment
[Channel Manager] Auto Payment

Automatic payment failed.

Authorization has been revoked/ release

New receipt

A new receipt was issued after the reservation status became “checked out”

A receipt issued after check-out was cancelled

Generate Deposit

If a deposit invoice is generated when a guest enters the deposit payment procedure through pre-check-in or the check-in flow,

Update Deposit

After deposit invoice creation:

  1. Deposit amount is updated in PMS by the user

  2. Deposit amount is manually recorded in PMS by the user

  3. Deposit amount does not match the originally generated amount

In any of these cases

Unassigned Booking

Reservations where room assignments have not been made

Booking User Cancelled

Cancellation of reservations by the user via AirHost

Booking – Events and Logs Detail Screen

  • Detailed update information is displayed for each [Type]

  • In [Changed Data], you can check the updated details or error information

  • In [Event / Process], you can view more detailed information such as the operator, timestamp, and update (change) details

  • [Operator: System] indicates that the action was performed automatically by the system, not by a user operation

Change Reservation

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Airbnb Reservation > [Alter Order] action.

Cancel Order

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Airbnb Reservation > [Cancel Order] action.

Confirm Order

If the order status is “Pending”, the user can perform the “Confirm” action, and it will be recorded.

Cancel OTA Booking

Recorded when:

  • A user uses the AirHost feature: Airbnb Reservation > [Cancel Order] action, or

  • A cancellation is imported from the OTA

(CSV-imported orders are created directly as reservations, so this log will not be generated.)

New OTA Order

Recorded when a new reservation is imported.

(CSV-imported orders are created directly as reservations, so this log will not be generated.)

Update OTA order

Recorded when:

  • A reservation is modified

  • Reservation details are updated

  • A reservation is manually updated in the PMS

(CSV-imported orders are created directly as reservations, so this log will not be generated.)

Report Cancellation due to Invalid credit card

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Booking.com Reservation > [Report Cancellation Due to Invalid Credit Card] action.

Report Guest Misconduct

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Booking.com Reservation > [Report Guest Misconduct] action.

Report No Show

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Booking.com Reservation > [Mark as Report No-Show] action.

Report No Show (By Room)

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Booking.com Reservation > [Mark as Report No-Show (per room)] action.

Report invalid credit card.

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Booking.com Reservation > [Mark as Invalid Credit Card] action.

Report Stay Change

Recorded when a user uses the AirHost feature: Booking.com Reservation > [Modify Stay Dates and Rates] action.

Cancel OTA order.

Reservation cancellation / booking cancellation.

New OTA orders

Reservation confirmation, new booking imported, or manual reservation creation.

Update OTA orders

Reservation changes or updates to reservation details.

Cancel OTA order.

Recorded when a reservation is cancelled or a booking cancellation occurs.

(CSV-imported orders are created directly as reservations, so this log will not be generated.)

New OTA orders

Recorded when a new reservation is imported.

(CSV-imported orders are created directly as reservations, so this log will not be generated.)

Update OTA orders

Recorded when a reservation is modified, reservation details are updated, or when manually updated in the PMS.

(CSV-imported orders are created directly as reservations, so this log will not be generated.)

  • Detailed update information is displayed for each [Type]

  • In [Changed Data], you can check the update details and error information

Channels

Channel type

You can filter using the default channel name list.

Status

You can filter by channel enabled/disabled status.

Channel name

Custom channel name set by the user.

Channel type

Default channel name.

Room Count

Number of rooms imported from OTA into AirHost.

Unlinked rooms

Number of rooms where channel mapping has not been completed.

Status

Channel enabled / disabled status.

Channel- Type

Channel Sync Success

The channel information is being synchronized successfully based on the registered settings.

Channel sync error

A synchronization error has occurred due to issues such as incorrect channel settings, OTA-side errors, system maintenance, or other causes within AirHost.

  • Detailed update information is displayed for each [Type]

  • In [Changed Data], you can check the updated details and error information

  • In [Event Flow], you can view more detailed information such as the operator, timestamp, and update (change) details

  • [Operator: System] indicates that the action was performed automatically by the system, not by a user operation

※ Except for Airbnb and Ikyu, reservation synchronization is performed on a per-property basis. For all OTAs, either the property reservation sync log or the ghost property reservation sync log will be displayed as sub-events. The corresponding logs can be viewed under [Log > Channel]. Since these logs are at the ghost property level, they will not appear in the type selection.

• You can check the request data and the date range for synchronization in [Changed Data].
