When the Host Wants to Modify a Reservation Made via Airbnb [Order Change]

For details on how reservation change requests by hosts work on Airbnb, please refer to the following help page:
Airbnb Help: Modifying a home reservation as a host

  1. Open the Airbnb reservation details from Dashboard → Check-in Management or Booking Calendar.

  2. Click […] → Airbnb Actions → [Trip Change Request] in the reservation information.

  3. Enter the check-in date, check-out date, number of guests (and pets, if any), and the total accommodation fee, then click [Send Request].

The total amount includes both the [Accommodation Fee] and the configured [Cleaning Fee].

4. Once the request is submitted, the "Trip Change Request" will be marked as "Pending" and will require approval.

5. The guest can approve or reject the change request directly on Airbnb.

  • The accommodation fee cannot be changed to an amount lower than the set minimum price.

  • If there is already a pending request, the “Trip Change Request” button will not appear; instead, a “Alter Order Request” button will be displayed.

  • By clicking “Alter Order Request,” you can open the detailed view and cancel a [Pending] request from there.

6. Normally, Airbnb will push the reservation change data immediately after approval, and the updated information will be reflected on AirHost. However, the speed at which the information is reflected on AirHost may vary depending on whether there is a delay in updates from Airbnb.
