[Channel] "Tripla" channel creation and synchronization specifications

When using Tripla in conjunction with AirHost, system users will need to perform the following operations themselves.

Note:

Due to the current system specifications, existing Tripla Book accounts cannot be linked with AirHost.

If you wish to integrate with AirHost, you will need to create a new Tripla Book account.

Tripla integration procedure

1. Purchase AirHost add-ons

Preparation:

  •  Please make sure you are using the AirHost ONE subscription function. *
    The subscription function of HMS (old system) does not support purchasing other companies' booking engines. To use Tripla, you will need to transfer your subscription to ONE (new system). Please contact us for details.

How to operate:



2. Create your facility, room type, and rate plan from the AirHost management console.

If you have already created a property, room types, and rate plans in AirHost, please skip step 2.

Preparation:

  1. Access the AirHost admin console.

  2. Create a new property and press the "Start managing" button
    .



3. Select the property in the AirHost subscription feature and activate the feature.

Preparation:

  1. Purchase the licenses you need at AirHost.

  2. Go to the Admin Console, create a new facility and set it to "Open for Management".

How to operate:

  1. Go to the Activate Subscription page in the Admin Console.

  2. Select the desired property.

  3. Activate the "Third-Party Booking Engine" add-on and click "Save."

The subscription function of HMS (old system) does not support purchasing from other companies' booking engines. To use Tripla, you will need to transfer your subscription to ONE (new system). Please contact us for more information.


4. Create a Triple Channel from AirHost

Preparation:

  1. Purchase the add-ons you need.

How to do it:

  1. Log in to the AirHost management console.

  2. Click on "Add Channel" and select Tripla to add it.



5. Add your Tripla property from AirHost

Preparation:

  1. Create the following in Tripla CM (Channel Manager) side:

    • facility

    • Room Type

    • Pricing Plans

How to do it:

  1. Open the AirHost channel settings page .

  2. Open the details page of the Tripla channel you created.


  3. Click the "Add new OTA property" button, enter the "Property ID", "Property name", "Room type ID/name", and "Price plan ID/name", then save.

  4. Please link the created facility and room type.

[Please note!]


After linking tripla and AirHost, if you delete the "tripla channel" or "tripla facility" from the AirHost channel settings, the reservation information imported from tripla will also be deleted.
Once deleted, reservation information cannot be retrieved.

Therefore, please be careful not to delete tripla channels or properties once they have been created on AirHost.

About the settings

  • If you wish to use multiple rate plans in conjunction with one another, create the rate plans on Tripla Book, then create as many as you need on AirHost by clicking "Add Rate Plans."

  • When creating a rate plan on Tripla Book, you can use either the "per person" or "per room" rate type.

  • If you would like to add rate plans or room types after registering by clicking "Add a new OTA property," open the tripla page in your channel settings, click the Edit facility button to enter the editing screen, and add rate plans and room types.

Property ID


Please use the "Hotel ID" listed in the URL in the Tripla CM.

*Please be sure to use a unique ID. If you use the same ID, an error will occur.

Property name

Please use the "Name of Property" as stated in the Tripla CM.

*Please be sure to use a unique ID. If you use the same ID, an error will occur.

Room Type ID/Name

Please use the "room type" and "room code" mentioned in the Tripla CM.

*Please be sure to use a unique ID. If you use the same ID, an error will occur.

Price plan ID/Name

Please use the "Plan Name" and "Rate Plan Code" mentioned in the Tripla CM.

*Please be sure to use a unique ID. If you use the "Plan Code" on the plan list page, it will overlap with other numbers and an error will occur.



6. Complete the Tripla Link setup

AirHost - Tripla Link Connection

 ■Enter your AirHost authentication information ( AirHost - Tripla Link connection)

  1. Select "Channel Manager" > "Channel Integration" from the menu and select "AIRHOST" from the OTAs. 

  2. Open the "Username" tab and enter the following information displayed on the Tripla details screen from the AirHost channel settings page
    . Username = X-AH-Partner
     Password = X-Access-Token
     Hotel ID = The number displayed next to the OTA property name

 ■ Please connect ( AirHost - Tripla Link connection)

  1. Open the "Mapping" tab and click "Import Room".

  2. Click "Update Rateplans" (this will save your Airhost rate code and room name).

  3. Click "Add mapping" under "OTA rate plan name".

  4. Select the Airhost plan you want to link and click "Update."
    * Please link all the plans you want to connect and use.

 ■ Please synchronize inventory and prices ( AirHost - Tripla Link connection)

  1.  Open the "Settings" tab and click the "Sync All" button.

    *Please press the "Sync All" button only once! Pressing it more than once will cause the sync to take a long time.

Tripla Link - Tripla Book Connection

 ■ Enter your Tripla Book credentials

  1. Select "Channel Integration" and select "Tripla" from the OTAs.

  2. Open the "User Name" tab and enter your Hotel ID.
    * If you enter a Hotel ID that is different from the one in your Triple Book, an error will occur.

  3. Open the "Mapping" tab and click "Import Room".

  4. A pop-up window will open, so click "Update Rateplans" to link your rate plans.

  5. Select Add Mapping and link your Tripla Book pricing plan to Tripla Link.

  6. Once you have completed linking all rate plans, click the "Update" button.

  7. Open the "Settings" tab and turn "Enable OBP Settings" on.

 ■ Please synchronize ( Tripla Link - Tripla Book connection)

  1. Click on "Channel Manager" > "Annual Deals".

  2. Open "Send edited content", select the "Room type" and "Rate plan" items, check the boxes, and press the "Send" button.
    ​* Please only press the "Send" button once! Pressing it more than once will cause synchronization to take a long time .

  3. This completes the synchronization. Please check that the Airhost price and inventory information is correctly reflected on the Tripla side.

Please Note!

After linking with Tripla, if you change the settings for "Property Details" > "Reservation Acceptance Period" in the Airhost management console, the price may not be reflected correctly on tripla Book.

After linking with tripla, please do not change the "reservation acceptance period" setting on the air host side .

Supplement

  • At this time, Airhost's cleaning fee settings are not linked to Triple Play. Please include the cleaning fee in your basic rate.

  • We plan to develop a system for linking cleaning fees in the future.

  • When you connect to Airhost, any future reservations that have not yet passed their check-out date will be retrieved.
