To perform the integration, you must first set AirHost as the Channel Manager on the Agoda side.
Please contact your Agoda account manager and inform them that you would like to use AirHost as your Channel Manager, and request them to complete the setup or:
Sign in to YCS. If you manage multiple properties, select it from Listings -> Property -> Property settings -> Optional Settings -> Channel manager mode or tick Enable channel manager mode (depending on your view.) -> Select AirHost -> Save
After the Channel Manager configuration on Agoda has been completed, please proceed with the connection by following the steps below.
For Agoda Homes registrations as well, please ensure that the site controller setting is completed in advance.
In the “External System Integration Code” field, please enter and save the Hotel ID.
Delete iCal Import Settings on the Agoda Side
If you have configured iCal import settings on Agoda (for example importing calendars from Airbnb), please make sure to delete these settings before connecting to AirHost.
If these settings remain active, the correct inventory set by AirHost may be overwritten by the iCal import after connection, which could result in double bookings.
Please note that our company cannot take responsibility for whether the iCal import settings exist or whether they have been removed. Therefore, please ensure they are deleted before connecting at your own responsibility.
After connecting to AirHost, the iCal import settings may become hidden on the Agoda management page. If you connect without deleting them first, please contact your Agoda representative to ask how to remove the settings.
Channel Connection Method
Go to Admin Console ≫ Channels ≫ Click “Add Channel”, then select [Agoda] and proceed to the next step.

For users of YCS, if the property is not a chain hotel, it is not necessary to enter a Chain Code.
3. After completing the input, you will be redirected to the Agoda details page. Click [Add a New OTA Property].
4. Please enter the Agoda Property ID.

6. Please link the channel for each room type.

Synchronization Method
If there are confirmed future reservations, please check that the reservations have been imported into AirHost after linking the channel.
For reservations confirmed before linking with AirHost, only reservations confirmed within 90 days prior to the linking will be imported.
Reservations confirmed earlier than 90 days will not be provided by Agoda.In such cases, please create the reservation manually, or import Agoda’s iCal once from “Manage iCal” under “Rates & Availability Settings” in the listing.
Reservation information will be imported, but block settings configured in the Agoda management page will not be imported.
Please set blocks / stop-sell settings from the AirHost booking calendar or price calendar.Please adjust the pricing from the booking calendar if necessary.
1. Go to Admin Console → Property List → Select the relevant property → Channel Manager → Settings, then click it.
2. Click the “+” icon displayed on the left side of the AirHost room type name.
The linked OTA room type names will be displayed in a list.
Click the [OTA room type name].
3. When [Enabled] is turned ON, the settings for each option will be displayed.
Sync Availability | ON: Inventory (availability) information will be sent from AirHost to the OTA.

Click Save to start the synchronization.
⚠️ Note:
If the rate synchronization does not work properly, it may be because a maximum rate has been set on Agoda.
The maximum rate setting can only be checked or configured on the Agoda page shown below, so please make sure to verify it there.
In addition, for Agoda Homes, users cannot check or set the maximum rate themselves.
If there is a synchronization issue and a maximum rate setting needs to be adjusted, please contact Agoda Homes and request them to check or modify the maximum rate setting.
Syncing with Agoda
Auto Message
Messages are sent to the virtual email address issued by Agoda (@agoda-messaging.com).
If the Agoda virtual email address is not included in the reservation data
Please contact your Agoda representative and request that, during API integration with the site controller (AirHost), the reservation data passed to AirHost at the time of confirmation includes the virtual email address. This ensures automatic message delivery.
⚠️ Important:
Since June 2023, Agoda has updated its security standards, and all URLs in messages sent to the Agoda virtual email address are now masked. This applies globally.
Exception: The pre-check-in URL provided by AirHost is not subject to masking.
Example:
The pre-check-in URL will display normally, while other URLs in the message will be masked.
Synchronization of Agoda’s Limited Stay Duration
In the Agoda management screen, the “Stay Duration” menu allows you to set limited-period minimum and maximum stay nights.
These settings are synchronized from AirHost PMS → “Limited-period rules” of the corresponding rate plan.
⚠️ Note:
The synchronization period follows the “Booking Acceptance Period” set in AirHost.
Therefore, if Agoda has limited-period stay rules set beyond the booking acceptance period, those settings will be cleared.
Reservations Without Email or Phone Information
Some reservations from Agoda come not from direct Agoda bookings but from partner sites. For these reservations, Agoda API does not provide email addresses or phone numbers.
Rate Plans Not Displayed on the Mapping Screen
If a rate plan created in Agoda does not appear in the AirHost mapping screen, it may be registered as a Derived Rate Plan.
Only Master Rate Plans in Agoda are supported for synchronization with AirHost.
Derived Rate Plans cannot be mapped.
Please check in the Agoda management screen that the rate plan is created as a Master Rate Plan.
