[Channel] “Traveloka” – Channel Creation & Synchronization Specifications

Overview

This explains the procedure for creating a channel via [Admin Console] → [Channels] → [Add Channel].

It also outlines the specifications and important points regarding synchronization with Traveloka.

Before starting the integration with Traveloka, you must contact your Traveloka marketing manager to set AirHost as the site controller and obtain the [Hotel Provider Code].

If your property is not yet registered with Traveloka, please first complete the registration and sign-in process on their platform.

Steps to Create a Channel

1. On the Add Channel page, select Traveloka and click Next to proceed.

2. Enter a name of your choice and click Save (e.g., Traveloka).

3. You will be redirected to the Channel List screen.

4. Click Add New OTA Property, enter the [Hotel Provider Code] provided by Traveloka, and click Save.

💡 Note: The property ID should be the Hotel Provider Code obtained during Traveloka integration.


Example: Hotel Provider Code – " lCaBWAoIce‐‐"

5. Confirm that the property has been imported. Once the property is imported, follow the steps below to synchronize rates and inventory.

If any error occurs, a red ✖ mark will appear. Hovering over it will show a popup with the cause of the error.


Traveloka Synchronization

Messages

Traveloka messages are synchronized via API. Both automated messages and guest communications can be managed from the AirHost PMS message list. Any message sent from AirHost PMS will appear on all corresponding Traveloka message pages.

⚠ Note:
To centrally manage Traveloka messages through AirHost PMS and receive Traveloka messages in real time, the listing must be connected to PMS.


Extra Bed Charges for Additional Guests

AirHost does not synchronize extra bed charges for additional guests. If you need to set these charges, please configure them directly in the OTA (Traveloka) management menu.
