This section explains how to create a channel from [Management Console] → [Channels] → [Add Channel].
It also describes the specifications and important notes regarding synchronization with MakeMyTrip.

Creating a Channel
1. Select MakeMyTrip on the channel addition page and click [Next].
2. Enter a name of your choice and click [Save]. Example: MakeMyTrip
3. You will be redirected to the channel details page. Alternatively, go to [Management Console] → [Channels] and click the MakeMyTrip account you added.
4. Click [Add New OTA Property] and enter the Property ID, Property Name, and Bearer Token provided by MakeMyTrip, then click [Save].
Property ID / Property Name: The hotel code (HotelCode) issued by MakeMyTrip and the property name registered with MakeMyTrip.
Bearer Token: A property-specific channel manager connection token issued by MakeMyTrip through the inGo-MMT platform.
💡 If you cannot find this information on the platform, please contact MakeMyTrip and let them know that you would like to connect your property with AirHost, and request the required information.
A login ID and password are not required to integrate with MakeMyTrip.
5. Once authentication is successful, AirHost retrieves the property's room types from MakeMyTrip. Confirm that the property has been successfully imported.
After the property has been imported, follow the instructions below to synchronize rate and inventory information.
About Messages
The Message API is not supported. If an email address is included in the reservation information received from MakeMyTrip, messages can be sent via email.
