[Channel] Skyticket Channel Creation & Synchronization Specifications

Overview

This article explains the channel creation steps and synchronization specifications for linking AirHost with skyticket.

⚠️ To integrate with skyticket, a system migration to AirHost ONE is required.

If your License Page is still in the old AirHost admin console, the integration cannot be performed yet.

If you are unsure or wish to proceed with the system migration, please contact chat support.

Information Required for Integration


To link AirHost with skyticket, the following two types of information are required:

Information Obtained from AirHost

For more details, please refer to the Channel Creation & Integration Steps section below.

  • Integration ID (X-AH-Partner)

  • Integration Token (X-Access-Token)

Information Obtained from skyticket

  • Property ID / Property Name

  • Room Type ID / Room Type Name

  • Plan Code / Plan Name

Channel Creation & Integration Steps

  1. In the [ Channels ] section , click [ Add Channel ], select [ SkyTicket] , and then click [ Next ].

2. Enter a Name of your choice (a name that allows you to identify the skyticket account) and click [Next]

3. Copy the [X-AH-Partner] and [X-Access-Token] from the created channel, and save them for your records (e.g., in a memo).

4. In the skyticket management console > Property Basic Information,
enter the [X-AH-Partner] and [X-Access-Token] you saved in Step 3 into the [Integration ID] field, then click Save.

5. On the AirHost Channel page, click [Add New OTA Property].

6. In the sidebar, enter the Property, Room Type, and Rate Plan information, then click [Save].

⚠️ Once the property information is created, it cannot be edited.
If there are any errors, you will need to recreate it, so please ensure all details are correct before saving.

Property ID

Enter the Property ID (7-digit number) provided by skyticket

Property Name

Enter the property name set in skyticket

Room Type ID

Room type name

Enter the room type code and room type name set in skyticket

Rate Plan ID

Enter the plan ID set in skyticket

Rate Plan Name

Enter the plan name set in skyticket

If a property has multiple room types and multiple rate plans,
please add them by clicking [+ Add New Room Type] and [+ Add Rate Plan].

  • Once a property is created, it cannot be edited.


Synchronization Specifications

Availability & Rates

  • Availability and rates set in AirHost are synchronized to skyticket

Reservation Changes & Cancellations

  • Any reservation changes or cancellations made in skyticket are automatically synchronized to AirHost

Cancellation Fees

  • When a guest cancels a reservation, the cancellation fee set in skyticket is automatically synchronized to AirHost

Messages

  • Messages sent from AirHost are delivered as emails to the guest’s email address included in the reservation information provided by skyticket

Notifications

  • For reservations made via skyticket, notifications are not sent from the skyticket side

  • Therefore, to receive notifications for new reservations, changes, or cancellations, you need to configure notification settings in AirHost

  • Please check your settings on the Notification Settings page


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. Can package rates for tours or flights also be managed in AirHost?
A. Package management is not supported. Please manage them in the skyticket management console.
AirHost only manages accommodation availability and rates.

Q. I received a booking from skyticket, but I didn’t get a notification.
A. Notifications are not sent from the skyticket side.
Please check your notification settings in AirHost.
