This section explains how to configure notification settings, which can be customized for each user.

User permissions

Permission to Configure

Owner/ Admin

Can configure settings for all properties

Manager / Staff

Can configure settings only for authorized properties.

Cleaner / Property Owner (view only access)

Cannot configure notification settings.

[Dashboard] > Hover over your profile > [Settings] > [Notification Settings]


How to Configure Notification Methods

・Set up notifications via email or browser.

(Notes)

  • Email Notifications
    Notifications will be sent to the email address set in the account settings (login ID).
    (For users with Owner permissions, if they have changed the notification email address, it may differ from the login ID.)

  • Test Browser Notification
    By clicking this option, you can send a test notification to see how it will appear in your browser (see image below).

  • The method of browser notifications depends on the device you are using.


Property Notifications (User Notification Settings)

  • Each user can configure their own notification settings to enable or disable specific types of notifications for all applicable properties.

  • Settings can be customized per user.

  1. Click the ✎ Edit button at the top right.

2. Click the notifications you want to enable. They will be highlighted with a green background and displayed within the selection box.

3. Once you have completed entering the information, click "Save" at the bottom right. The changes will be reflected immediately.


Customization of Property Notifications (Customizing Notification Settings for Each Property)

  • By using the Property Notification Customization feature, you can customize notification settings for each property.

  • The settings in “Property Notification Customization” take precedence over the general “Property Notification” settings.

  • If “Property Notification Customization” is not configured, notifications will be sent based on the general “Property Notification” settings.

Please refer to the details below for the notifications sent under each setting.

"Property Notification" settings

- Notifications set under “Property Notification” will be sent to all properties with permission.

-Customized notifications will be sent to properties with “Property Notification Customization” configured.

-Other properties will receive notifications set under “Property Notification.”

-Customized notifications will be sent only to properties with “Property Notification Customization” configured.
-No notifications will be sent to other properties.

・Notifications will be sent to all applicable properties.

Customize Property Notification → ON

・Notifications will be sent to all applicable properties.

・For properties configured with “Customize Property Notification,” the customized settings will take precedence.

Property Notification → OFF

Customize Property Notification → ON

・Notifications will only be sent to properties configured with “Property Notification Customization,” according to the customized settings.

Batch Customize – Apply to Property

This is the section where you select which properties the notification settings will be applied to.

User permissions

Setting Availability

Owner/Admin

Can select from all properties.

Manager / Staff

Can select from permitted properties.

Cleaner / Property Owner (View-Only Access)

Cannot configure notification settings.
