[Account Settings] Account Settings Screen Overview

[ Overview ]

This explains the menus for configuring settings for the entire account.

  • Many of the menus can only be viewed or operated by users with limited permissions. This help page explains the functions that can be configured when the user permission is set to “Owner Account.”

  • The available functions may be limited depending on the purchased plan.

How to Access Account Settings

Click Admin Console → Account Settings.

Please refer to the following help page for instructions on how to open the Admin Console:


My Account

Account name (company name)

  • Admin Console → Account Name at the top left of the screen

  • Reflected as the company name on invoices/receipts and statements

Company logo

  • Admin Console → Logo at the Top Left of the Screen

  • Part of the logo displayed at the top right of the guest page provided for pre-check-in, etc., in AirHost Check-In

  • Reflected as the company logo on invoices/receipts and statements

Company Stamp

Reflected on:

  • Customer invoices/receipts and corporate invoices

  • Payment statements for cleaners

Registration Number

  • Can be used as a memo. It is not reflected anywhere.

※ If you want the Invoice T Number to appear on invoices/receipts, it must be set in a separate menu.

Settings

Language/Time Zone

  • Reflected as the default language for invoices/receipts and newly created users.

Subscribe To Regional Holiday Calendars

  • Added holiday calendars are displayed on the reservation calendar and rate calendar, helping to effectively manage hotel reservations and pricing strategies.

Price Tier Color Configuration

  • By setting colors for rate ranks, it becomes easier to distinguish between ranks on the rate calendar.

Contact Information

First Name

  • Can be used as a memo. It is not reflected anywhere.

Last name

  • Can be used as a memo. It is not reflected anywhere.

Phone

  • Reflected when selecting [Guest Invoice/Receipt] or [Corporate Invoice] → [Issuer Info] → [Predefined Field] → [Company Contact Phone Number]

Email

Reflected when selecting [Guest Invoice/Receipt] or [Corporate Invoice] → [Issuer Info] → [Predefined Field] → [Company Contact Email Address]

  • Reflected in payment statements for cleaners

  • Reflected in the owner statement

Virtual E-Mail

  • If you set the virtual email address configured here as the contact for each OTA, guest emails sent to this address can be received in the AirHost Messages (Inbox). (These emails are not linked to any reservation.)

  • Once set, the virtual email cannot be changed.

Address 1

Reflected when selecting [Guest Invoice/Receipt] or [Corporate Invoice] → [Issuer Info] → [Predefined Field] → [Company Contact Address]

  • Reflected in payment statements for cleaners

  • Reflected in the owner statement

Address 2

Reflected when selecting [Guest Invoice/Receipt] or [Corporate Invoice] → [Issuer Info] → [Predefined Field] → [Company Contact Address]

  • Displayed in payment statements for cleaners

  • Displayed in the owner statement

City

  • Can be used as a memo. It is not reflected anywhere.

Province

  • Can be used as a memo. It is not reflected anywhere.

Country

  • Reflected when selecting [Guest Invoice/Receipt] or [Corporate Invoice] → [Issuer Info] → [Predefined Field] → [Company Contact Address]

Postal Code

  • Reflected when selecting [Guest Invoice/Receipt] or [Corporate Invoice] → [Issuer Info] → [Predefined Field] → [Company Contact Address]


Subscription


Tax Settings

  • This menu is used to configure taxes. After setting up taxes for the entire account here, you can configure taxes for individual properties.

  • Purchase of AirHost ONE HMS [Site Controller + PMS] Pro or Premium Plan is required.


Security Center

Security Settings

  • Purchase of AirHost ONE HMS [Site Controller + PMS] Premium Plan is required.

  • This menu allows you to enable and configure security features to protect both users and lodging guests.

Login Account Management

  • Purchase of AirHost ONE HMS [Site Controller + PMS] Premium Plan is required.

  • You can check the login status for each user.

  • For security reasons, you can also forcibly log out specific users.


Discount Setting

  • This is the settings menu used when utilizing AirHost Automatic Discount.

  • Purchase of AirHost ONE HMS [Channel Manager + PMS] Pro or Premium Plan is required.


Report Settings

  • When this setting is enabled, OTA commissions will be included in the sales figures shown in the OCC/ADR report, channel report, country-by-sales report, and on-hand report.

  • Purchase of AirHost ONE HMS [Site Controller + PMS] Pro or Premium Plan is required.
