Room Revenue Calculation Rules
You can configure whether cleaning fees and consumption tax are included in the daily room rate.
This setting affects various reports that calculate values based on the daily room rate.
Examples of Affected Reports:
OCC / ADR Report
Channel Report
Profit & Loss Report (Legacy)
On-Hand Report
Differences by Setting
Setting | Calculation Method | Main Impact |
Enabled (ON) | Includes cleaning fees and consumption tax in the daily room rate calculation | ADR and room revenue will appear higher |
Disabled (OFF) | Does not include cleaning fees and consumption tax in the daily room rate calculation | ADR is calculated based on pure room rate only |
How to Enable
1. Click the ✎ icon for [Room Revenue Calculation Rules] in [Report Setting].
2. Turn on the toggle and click [Save].
