Overview
This section explains Dashboard → Reports → Production Reports → Sales Report (Legacy).
Note: This report is aggregated based on daily prorated revenue data.
Please be aware that the total revenue may differ from other reports that are aggregated per reservation, especially for bookings that span across multiple months.

To use this report, you must subscribe to AirHost HMS [Site Controller + PMS] Pro Plan or above.

How to access the screen
Click Reports > Production Reports > Sales Report (Legacy).
You can apply a filter by property by selecting the facility from the top-left of the Dashboard screen.
Filters / Search Criteria
Date | Select the period to be displayed in the revenue and expense report. The relevant data will be aggregated based on the selected period. |
Status | Select the reservation statuses to be included in the revenue and expense report. Only reservations that match the selected statuses will be reflected in the report. |
Interval | Select the aggregation interval for the data shown in the revenue and expense report. You can generate the report in the required format, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. ※ When the selected date range is two months or longer, “Monthly” can be selected. |
Description of Each Report
The data used in the Sales Report (Legacy) is only updated once a day. Any updates made today will be applied tomorrow.

Total Sales By OTA
Displays sales by booking channel within the selected period, aggregated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and shown using bar charts or line graphs.

Description | The name of the booking site. |
Total Sales | The total revenue by booking site for the entire selected period. |
Average Daily Sales | The average daily revenue by booking site over the selected period. |
Average Number of Guests | The average number of guests per room by booking site over the selected period |
Average Stay Nights | The average length of stay per reservation by booking site over the selected period. |
[Sales Breakdown by Reservation Channel]
Displays the total revenue for the selected period as a pie chart by booking channel.
Hover over the chart to view the revenue amount for each booking site.
Statistical Data (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Statistical data is generated and aggregated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Please set the display interval in the search criteria.

Average Daily Sales | The average revenue per day for the selected interval. |
ADR (Average Daily Rate) | Average Daily Rate (ADR) for selected interval |
RevPAR | The average revenue per available room for the selected interval, calculated across all sellable rooms. |
[Statistical Data for the Entire Period]
Total Sales | The total sales amount for the entire period selected by date. |
Average Daily Sales | The average sales per day for the entire period selected by date. |
Room Revenue | Average sales amount per room for all available rooms for the entire period selected by date |
Average Daily Rate | The average revenue per available room for the entire period selected by date. |
Average Number of Guest | The average number of guests per room for the entire period selected by date. |
Reports by Interval
Reports by interval are generated separately for daily, weekly, and monthly periods. The display interval can be set in the search/filter criteria.
Total Sales | Total sales per selected interval |
Average daily sales | Average sales per day for each selected interval |
ADR (Average Room Rate) | Average sales per room for all available rooms for the selected interval |
Average number of guests | Average number of guests per room for each selected interval |
Average length of stay | Average number of nights stayed per booking for the selected interval |
Sales Detail
Revenue imported from each booking channel can be broken down into accommodation fees, cleaning fees, penalty fees, and other charges, and displayed and compared using bar charts or line graphs.

Displays the total quantity and revenue amount for each fee category over the entire period selected by date.
[Fee Category Breakdown]
Displays the proportion of each fee category for the entire period selected by date in a pie chart.
Hover over each segment to view the revenue amount for each fee category.

This report is aggregated based on prorated daily revenue.
