Yes. It is possible.
AirHost gives you the flexibility to connect your Airbnb listings to room types with multiple inventory. Specifically, two configurations are possible.
Similar to other hotel OTAs, you can link one Airbnb listing to hold multiple inventories.
For room types that have multiple inventories, link multiple Airbnb listings up to the maximum number of rooms.
1. Just like other hotel-type OTAs, you can link a single Airbnb listing and assign multiple room inventory to it.

2-1. Link multiple Airbnb listings to a room type with multiple inventory, up to the maximum number of rooms.
This setup is possible not only for Airbnb but also for other vacation rental-type OTAs such as Vrbo, AsiaYo, and Rakuten Oyado.
For other hotel-type OTA channels, however, only one OTA room type can be linked to each room type.
Setting this up is very simple. Open the Admin Console, then go to Channel Manager → Channel Settings for the relevant property.
From the "Add New Channel" button, add all the Airbnb listings you want to link to the corresponding room type. You can add listings up to the total number of rooms for that room type.
However, if you combine multiple Airbnb listings into one room type, the rooms will be assigned randomly within the same room type. You should remove the room numbers from your Airbnb listing name.
2-2. You can link multiple Airbnb listings to a room type that has multiple inventory, up to the maximum number of rooms, and further map each Airbnb listing to a specific room in AirHost.
To use this feature, an AirHost ONE HMS Pro plan or higher is required.
The setup steps are the same as those described up to section 2-1.
The condition is that the “Max Availability” assigned to the Airbnb listing is set to 1, and under the assumption that the “Auto Assignment Settings” switch is enabled, rooms can be linked through Room Mapping.
By linking rooms through “Room Mapping”, the behavior differs from the settings described in section 2-1 in the following ways:
Reservations coming from Airbnb listings configured with Room Mapping will only be assigned to the linked room.
If that room is blocked or already assigned to another reservation, the corresponding Airbnb listing calendar will be blocked, even if there is still availability at the room type level.
With this setup, it becomes possible to operate Airbnb listings while retaining room numbers in the listing configuration.
Room assignments for reservations can be manually changed.
However, when Auto Assignment (Reallocation) is enabled, Room Mapping takes priority, and the reservation will always be assigned to the specified room.
If you disable Auto Assignment (Reallocation) and manually change the room assignment, then lock the reservation, even if Auto Assignment (Reallocation) is later enabled again, the lock will remain in place. As a result, the reservation will not be reassigned to the Room Mapping room.
