On the reservation details page, go to [Room Info] > [More Options] > [Deposit].
Click on the description section of the payment item (in blue text).
Click ``Settle'' to charge the security deposit.
The security deposit authorization will be automatically canceled immediately if the reservation is canceled.
If the reservation is not canceled, the authorization will be automatically canceled three days after the checkout date.
The security deposit is intended for use in covering damages or repair costs at the property.
Therefore, it will not appear on receipts or reports.
If necessary, you will need to manually issue a separate invoice or receipt for repair costs.
