This section explains the tag functionality in automatic messages.

Tag Description
This is a feature that allows you to insert tags in automated messages or in the message screen, based on reservation information and other related content.

Channel

  • OTA Reservation → The name of the booking site will be displayed.

  • Manual Reservation → Displayed as “Manually Created”.

Reservation Number

  • OTA Reservation → OTA's reservation number

  • Manual Reservation → AirHostOne reservation number

guest_name

Guest's Name

Guest Name

* If the guest is different from the person who made the reservation, the guest's name will be reflected, and the message will be sent to the registered email address. Please keep this in mind.

Note: If the IoT lock is not connected, you can enter the number to unlock the door into the "Key Code" to reflect it in [lock_code]. If you change the number, be sure to manually update the "Key Code" number.
