This section explains the tag functionality in automatic messages.

Tag Explanation

In automatic messages or on the message screen, you can insert tags based on the content such as reservation information.

Tags in the Subject Line of Automatic Messages

booking_site

Channel

OTA reservation → Booking site name, Manual reservation → Noted as "Manually Created"

comfirm_number

Reservation Number

OTA reservation → OTA's reservation number, Manual reservation → AirhostOne reservation number

guest_name

Guest's Name

Name of the person staying

Note: If the booker and the guest are different, the guest's name will be reflected, and messages will be sent to the registered email address.

house_name

Hotel Name

Facility name registered in AirhostOne

Room Information

Room type name registered in AirhostOne

Room Number

Assigned room number (name)

Enter the sender information,

and insert [signature] at the bottom of the email.

Note: If the IoT lock is not connected, you can enter the number to unlock the door into the "Key Code" to reflect it in [lock_code]. If you change the number, be sure to manually update the "Key Code" number.
