What Are “Variable Tags”?
“Variable tags” are special placeholders that can be embedded in a message to automatically insert information based on the recipient or situation.
For example, if you include a tag like [guest_name] in the message, it will be automatically replaced with each guest’s actual name when the message is sent.
This section explains how the variable tag feature works.

In auto message and on the message screen, you can use a feature that allows you to insert tags based on reservation information and other details.
