Overview
This explains the Template (Preset Message) feature on the dashboard “Messages” page.
By creating templates for messages to be sent to guests in advance, you can make your messaging tasks more efficient.
Details
How to create a template
Click the message menu [...] → [Manage Template]
.Click "Add New" in the template management menu displayed on the right
.A form to add a new template will appear, allowing you to create the template.
Language (required) | Choose from Japanese/English/Chinese (Simplified/Traditional) |
Title (required) | Set a title for the template for administrative purposes. |
Property Name | Select from properties managed in your account. |
Tag | By assigning custom tags to a template, you can categorize it and make it easier to find when searching. For example: “Transportation,” “Check-in related,” etc.
Enter the tag in the field and press Enter to create it. |
Template (Required field) | Create message content ( You can use the variable tagging function .) |
How to use the template
On the message with the guest, click [ Reply to Guest ] and then click the template icon
A list of templates will be displayed; select the template you want to use

💡 The [ Recently Used ] tab displays templates recently used by the logged-in user at the top.
This is convenient as it shows templates you frequently use
.
The selected template will be inserted into the message body
💡 Tips:
In the template management menu, there are filter options to narrow down templates by property or property tags.
You can also use the search function to quickly find the template you want to use.
How to edit/delete templates
You can edit or delete templates from the [Manage Templates] menu.
Click the icon (edit/ delete) displayed next to each template .
