Setting the “Room Access Code” (For Non-IoT Locks)

If you are using IoT lock integration, the key code will be automatically assigned, so manual input is not required.

1. Go to: [Admin Console] → [Property List] → Select the Property → [Room Management] → [Room Unit]

Hover over the […] of the relevant room and click “Edit Room.”

2. Enter the lock code (the code used to access the room) in [Key Code]. Once the settings are complete, click Save.

(In auto message variable tags, the lock code is displayed as lock_code.)

Additional Notes

[Key command URL]

This is the content used when applying the variable tag “Key Instructions” = [Key] in auto messages.

Enter a URL if you want to guide guests using auto messages—for example:

  • Instructions on how to unlock the door

  • PDFs or documents available on the cloud

[Room Manual]

This is used when applying the variable tag “Room Manual” = [room_manual] in automatic messages, or when you want to provide room-specific entry rules or instructions to guests via automatic messages.

It is also used when composing the content to be included in the post-check-in email notification.

3. If you see a message indicating that the update was successful, the process is complete.

Set "This is information about the key".

Please refer to the help page below.
