By adding Web Sites, you can split your subdomains and have multiple property listing pages. This feature is useful, for example, when you want to separate property groups and market them as different brands.
Each additional Web Site from the second one onward costs JPY 1,000/month per Web Site.
📢 Notice: Changes to the Web Site (Subdomain) Add-on Process
Starting October 22, 2026, the process for using the AirHost Booking Engine “Web Site (Subdomain) Add-on” will change.
You will no longer need to contact AirHost Support. You can purchase, activate/deactivate, and reduce the add-on entirely on your own.
1. Purchase the Subscription
Go to Management Console > [Subscription] and purchase the [Additional subdomain for Airhost Booking Engine] add-on. 🔗Subscription Page
2. Set Up / Edit the Web Site
After purchase, the feature will be automatically activated, and the purchased number of subdomains will be generated.
Go to Management Console > Booking Engine > [Edit] to configure and edit your Web Site.
💡 The subdomain name will be automatically generated using your account name + random characters. Please edit and configure it as needed.
3. Assign Properties to the Web Site
Go to Management Console > Account Settings > Subscription > [Activate].
Select the properties you want to assign to the newly added subdomain, then click [Save]. 🔗Activate Page
Reducing Web Sites (Subdomains)
1. On the Activate page, deselect the subdomain you want to remove, assign the properties to another domain, and save the changes, or deactivate AirHost Booking Engine.
As part of the subdomain deletion rules, the system prioritizes the subdomain with the fewest assigned properties for deletion. You cannot directly select which subdomain to delete.
2. If you also want to cancel the subscription, go to the Subscription page, reduce the number of [Additional subdomain for Airhost Booking Engine], and click [Save].
💡 Important Notes When Reducing Web Sites
If you reduce the number of contracted Web Sites (Subdomains) while a Web Site remains selected on the Activate page, the properties assigned to the affected subdomain will be automatically moved to the default domain. The default domain cannot be deleted.
If a subdomain needs to be deleted from multiple Web Sites (Subdomains), the system will prioritize the Web Site with the fewest assigned properties for deletion.
Once a Web Site (Subdomain) is deleted, its URL will no longer be accessible, and the Web Site will no longer be visible on the Booking Engine page.
Future reservations will remain active in the PMS even after a subdomain is deleted or AirHost Booking Engine is canceled. However, you will no longer be able to manage the Booking Engine after deletion or cancellation. Therefore, we do not recommend deleting a subdomain or canceling AirHost Booking Engine while there are future reservations.First, turn off the Published Status toggle in AirHost Booking Engine to stop accepting new reservations. We recommend deleting the subdomain or canceling the service after all existing reservations have been completed or the listings have been moved to another domain.
