How to Delete a Rate Plan
A rate plan can be deleted only when it is not linked to any OTA (booking site). If the [Delete Rate Plan] option is not displayed, please unlink the rate plan you want to delete from the [Channel Settings] page first.
However, the system default rate plan automatically created when a property is set up (usually named Standard Rate) cannot be deleted. This restriction applies even if you have renamed the plan or it is not linked to any OTA or the Booking Engine.

If an Error Appears When Deleting a Rate Plan
If the rate plan you are trying to delete is still linked to a rate plan on an OTA, the deletion will fail and an error message will appear.
The error message will display a link to the channel where the rate plan is still linked, allowing you to identify the cause of the error.
Open the relevant channel using the link provided, unlink the rate plan, and then try deleting it again.
If the Message "System Default Rate Plan Cannot Be Deleted" Appears
The rate plan you are trying to delete is set as the property's system default rate plan.
This applies even if the plan is not named Standard Rate (i.e., if its name has been changed). Conversely, a plan named Standard Rate that was created separately later is not necessarily the default rate plan.
The default rate plan cannot be identified from the screen. You can confirm which plan is the default by attempting to delete it and checking the resulting error message. If deletion fails, first check the error message to determine whether the cause is a remaining OTA link or the system default rate plan.
If you want to change the default rate plan, please contact Support and provide the property name and the rate plan you want to set as the default.
Keeping the default rate plan that cannot be deleted generally does not affect the rate settings of other rate plans, such as those synchronized with PriceLabs. If preferred, you can also keep the rates of both plans consistent as a precaution.
Deleting Rate Plans Imported from OTAs
If a rate plan created on an OTA is imported into AirHost, the imported rate plan cannot be deleted from AirHost, even if the plan is subsequently deleted on the OTA.
Please leave the rate plan unmapped and continue managing it in AirHost.
