[Important Announcement] System Maintenance on Wednesday, August 27, 2025

Thank you for your continued support of AirHost.

As previously announced, we will conduct a full-system maintenance starting 00:00 – 06:00 (JST) on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Please review the details below and prepare accordingly if you have any planned usage during this period.      


🔧 Maintenance Schedule

Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2025
Time: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM (GMT+9)
Estimated downtime: 6 hours(Scheduled)

For preparation, inventory will be synced as “0” to OTAs and sales will be suspended starting from Tuesday, August 26, 2025, 9:00 PM (GMT+9)


Service Impact

During this maintenance window, all AirHost services will be completely unavailable:

  • Reservation Management

  • Payment Processing

  • Self Check‑In

  • Operational Management Tools

  • Other related functionalities


How Specific System Components Will Be Affected

Channel Manager

  • Syncing of rates and inventory will be paused.

  • Before maintenance, all connected OTAs will be updated to show an inventory of 0 to prevent double bookings.

  • After maintenance, inventory will be automatically restored and re-synced.
    Inventory adjustments and reactivation are handled automatically by the system.

PMS (Property Management System)

  • Login access will be disabled during maintenance.

Booking Engine

  • Booking site access will be unavailable during this time.

Pre‑Check‑In / Self Check‑In

  • Guests cannot perform any check-in operations.

  • Offline support is required for any check-ins scheduled during this period.
    The check-in page itself will be inaccessible due to a full service outage.

Messaging

  • All messaging, including sending and receiving, will be suspended during maintenance.

  • Messages sent during this window will be delivered in bulk after maintenance completes.

  • As a precaution, please advise guests to check messages directly on OTAs, too.

Your Cooperation Is Appreciated

  • We ask property operators (hotels & vacation rentals) to notify guests in advance and set up alternative check-in procedures (e.g., door codes, key boxes).

  • Please ensure all services are functioning normally once maintenance ends.
