How Specific System Components Will Be Affected
Channel Manager
Syncing of rates and inventory will be paused.
Before maintenance, all connected OTAs will be updated to show an inventory of 0 to prevent double bookings.
After maintenance, inventory will be automatically restored and re-synced.
→ Inventory adjustments and reactivation are handled automatically by the system.
PMS (Property Management System)
Login access will be disabled during maintenance.
Booking Engine
Booking site access will be unavailable during this time.
Pre‑Check‑In / Self Check‑In
Guests cannot perform any check-in operations.
Offline support is required for any check-ins scheduled during this period.
→ The check-in page itself will be inaccessible due to a full service outage.
Messaging
All messaging, including sending and receiving, will be suspended during maintenance.
Messages sent during this window will be delivered in bulk after maintenance completes.
As a precaution, please advise guests to check messages directly on OTAs, too.
