[ Check-in ] Setting Display Contents on the Homepage

Overview

This section explains how to configure the display settings for the dedicated guest interface.

To use this feature, you will need to subscribe to one of the following plans: Check-in Lite, Pro, or Premium.

From the Admin Console, go to Property List → select the target property → Check-in SettingsCommon Settings → click Homepage Display Content Settings.

What information should be displayed on the order details page?

Room type/room number

Room type/advance check-in will be displayed even before.

Room number/This will be displayed after the check-in procedure is completed on the day.

On what devices should this information be displayed?

Web/Tablet (Room Mode)/Tablet (Front/Panel Mode)

What will be displayed when the pre-check-in URL is opened from the guest's device, such as the web or smartphone?

Tablet/Display when a guest operates a tablet purchased from AirHost using the dedicated app


Order History

This function allows you to check the order history when a guest places an order using the POS function.

Please select the device on which the order history will be displayed.

Web / Tablet (Room Mode) / Tablet (Front/Panel Mode)

Web:
Display when the guest opens the pre check-in URL on devices such as a web browser or smartphone.

Tablet:
Display when the guest uses a tablet purchased from AirHost and operates it via the dedicated app.


Room Information

After check-in, room information (such as room number and key details) can be displayed on the page so that it is always accessible to the guest.

Front Desk Calling Function on Check-in Tablet

This feature is available only if you have purchased a tablet from AirHost.
It allows you to manage the call function through the dedicated app.

Overview

Allow calls from the check-in tablets

When enabled, voice calls can be made from the check-in tablet in Front Mode.
This feature requires that facility staff have the Onestaff app installed on their devices.
