The cancellation policy text displayed in the AirHost Messages screen may differ from the cancellation policy shown on Booking.com.

Example: A reservation marked as Non-Refundable on Booking.com.

The text displayed in AirHost is taken directly from the Reservation Remarks included in the booking information sent by Booking.com. As a result, it may not match Booking.com's official cancellation policy display.

For example, phrases such as "Cancellation grace period" may appear. These are supplementary notes attached to the reservation information and are not necessarily the official cancellation policy shown on Booking.com.

Please note that AirHost displays the data exactly as received from Booking.com. Therefore, the content cannot be modified, edited, or hidden from the AirHost side.
