About ETA (Estimated Arrival Time) Provided by OTA

The Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) provided by an OTA is imported into Reservation Details > [Comment] and [Guest Remark].
Note: Some OTAs do not provide ETA information.

Reservation Details >[Guest Remark]

Reservation Details > [Comment]

The way OTA-provided information is displayed depends on the content and specifications of each OTA.

Pattern 1: ETA and remark information are provided separately

  • The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is displayed in Reservation Details > Guest Remark.

  • The remark information is displayed in Reservation Details > Comment.

Pattern 2: The ETA is included in the remark information

  • The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is displayed in Reservation Details > Guest Remark.

  • Because the ETA is included in the remark information, it is also displayed in Reservation Details > Comment.

Pattern 3: Only the ETA is provided

  • The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is displayed only in Reservation Details > Guest Remark.

  • Nothing is displayed in Reservation Details > Comment.

💡If a guest updates their ETA on the OTA after the reservation has been imported, the ETA stored in AirHost will not be updated.

About the Check-in Time

The ETA provided by an OTA is not automatically reflected in Reservation Details > Room Information > [Check-in Time].

Instead, the [Check-in Time] is initially set to the time configured in Management Console > Property Details > Reservation Settings > [Check-in Time].

The [Check-in Time] is also used for the following features:

  • Option: IoT Lock integration – Lock activation start time

  • Option: Check-in feature – Check-in start time

If you would like to match the guest's requested arrival time, manually edit Reservation Details > Room Information > [Check-in Time] and save the changes.

Option: Check-in Premium "Confirm the Estimated Time of Arrival During Pre-check-in"

If the guest enters an ETA using the "Confirm the Estimated Time of Arrival During Pre-check-in" feature in Check-in Premium, the ETA is displayed in Reservation Details > Room Information > [Estimated Arrival Time].

This ETA is also not automatically reflected in [Check-in Time]. If necessary, manually edit [Check-in Time] and save the changes.
