From August 27, 2026, Booking.com will make the email allowlist for guest messaging a standard security setting for properties using system integrations.

AirHost auto messages sent to Booking.com are delivered via the Booking.com Messaging API, not by email. Therefore, they are not affected by the new email allowlist requirement.

You do not need to register an AirHost email address or domain in Booking.com's allowlist. No additional configuration or action is required.

Please note that if your auto messages contain URLs, Booking.com's link allowlist is applied separately. If necessary, please register the URLs you use in Booking.com's link allowlist.
