[ Overview ]
The Site Controller / PMS functions of AirHost HMS will be fully migrated to AirHost ONE.
Based on feedback from our users, we are continuously enhancing the Site Controller / PMS functions in AirHost ONE to ensure a smooth migration.
Until the end of 2023, all features — including those in the “Premium Plan” — were available at the current AirHost HMS pricing as part of a trial. Please note that this trial period has now ended.

New Pricing Plans
After the full migration, you will be able to choose from three different packages. Please note that while using more advanced functions may result in a higher fee, this change will allow us to keep adding new features and providing even better services. We appreciate your kind understanding.
This applies only to the core Site Controller / PMS subscription. Optional services such as IoT lock integration or payment integration are not included in the new pricing.

Differences Between 'AirHost ONE' and 'Old AirHost HMS'
The properties and connections registered on old AirHost HMS, including option settings, are almost entirely shared, allowing immediate use of AirHost ONE.
AirHost ONE introduces a significant change in the interface, clearly separating administrative functions for setup and configuration from daily operational tools for staff use, making the menus easier to navigate. Detailed information on page configuration can be found in the help section:
Day-to-day operational tools such as the reservation calendar, price calendar, and message management have been revamped for ease of use.
Reservation Calendar:
Reservation details can now be checked via a slide-in on the right side of the screen, eliminating the need for navigating away from the calendar.
Price Calendar:
Major improvements have been made. Unlike the old HMS, where it was necessary to switch between room types and rate plans, the new Price Calendar in AirHost ONE allows cross-viewing and adjusting of all facilities, room types, and rates simultaneously.
Also, the functionality for setting prices and stop-sales on specific days of the week, among other options, has been significantly enhanced.
Message Management:
Previously, checking messages required navigating to a new page, but now it can be done on the same page, maintaining the inbox view while replying on the right side.
Additionally, features unavailable in AirHost HMS, such as rank-based pricing and dynamic pricing integrations, have been added.
AirHost ONE will continue to enhance user convenience by continuously improving and adding new features.

How to Migrate Check-in Options (Self Check-in Feature)
For check-in options, migration needs to be done manually.
