[Overview]

AirHost HMS's Site Controller / PMS features are being fully transitioned to AirHost ONE. During 2023, as a trial period, all functionalities, including those of the 'Premier' package, are available at the current pricing of AirHost HMS. Based on feedback from our users, we will continue to enhance the Site Controller / PMS functionalities on AirHost ONE in preparation for a complete migration next year.

[Details]

Changes in Pricing Structure

During 2023, as a trial period, you can try all functionalities of AirHost ONE, including the 'Premier' package features, at the current rates of AirHost HMS.

Upon full migration next year, you will be able to choose from three different packages. Using more advanced features will effectively result in a price increase, but we are committed to continuous enhancement and better service provision.

Please understand that optional fees for IoT lock integration or payment integration are not affected; these relate only to the core Site Controller/PMS fees.

  • Essential (same as old HMS pricing):

Ideal for owners of one or several properties, providing essential Site Controller and PMS functionalities necessary for managing a vacation rental.

  • Professional (25% increase from old HMS):

For accommodation operators who require more advanced features like third-party site controller connectivity and staff management.

  • Premier (50% increase from old HMS):

Offers all available features including dynamic pricing, connected rooms, and front desk functionalities, suitable for medium to large hotels or management companies.

Existing users transitioning to Professional or Premier packages will receive discounts, details of which will be communicated later.

Differences Between 'AirHost ONE' and 'Old AirHost HMS'

The properties and connections registered on old AirHost HMS, including option settings, are almost entirely shared, allowing immediate use of AirHost ONE.

AirHost ONE introduces a significant change in the interface, clearly separating administrative functions for setup and configuration from daily operational tools for staff use, making the menus easier to navigate. Detailed information on page configuration can be found in the help section:

Day-to-day operational tools such as the reservation calendar, price calendar, and message management have been revamped for ease of use.

  • Reservation Calendar:

Reservation details can now be checked via a slide-in on the right side of the screen, eliminating the need for navigating away from the calendar.

  • Price Calendar:

Major improvements have been made. Unlike the old HMS, where it was necessary to switch between room types and rate plans, the new Price Calendar in AirHost ONE allows cross-viewing and adjusting of all facilities, room types, and rates simultaneously.

Also, the functionality for setting prices and stop-sales on specific days of the week, among other options, has been significantly enhanced.

  • Message Management:

Previously, checking messages required navigating to a new page, but now it can be done on the same page, maintaining the inbox view while replying on the right side.

Additionally, features unavailable in AirHost HMS, such as rank-based pricing and dynamic pricing integrations, have been added.

AirHost ONE will continue to enhance user convenience by continuously improving and adding new features.

For transferring 'Automatic Messaging' / 'Check-in Options'

While most data is shared with HMS, 'Automatic Messaging' and 'Check-in Options' need to be manually migrated.

Set up 'Automatic Messaging' in the AirHost ONE admin console, then switch off the old HMS automatic messaging and enable it in AirHost ONE at the time of migration.

The Check-in options in AirHost ONE have been expanded beyond the basic check-in/out functionalities of HMS, now offering information delivery and upselling options.
